Formed in 1953 Hopper Developments Ltd is a privately owned land development company controlled by the family interests of father and son, Ian and Leigh Hopper.

Based in Orewa the company has been involved in developments around Auckland's North Shore, the Hibiscus Coast, and Pauanui on the Coromandel East Coast.
