Pauanui Waterways - NZ’s first canal housing development, located on the Pacific east coast of the Coromandel Peninsula, less than 2 hours drive from Auckland, NZ’s largest city.

Whitianga Waterways is a master planned extension to the existing community of Whitianga, and will comprise approximately 700 canal frontage lots, 100 airfield lots, 700 other lots and will integrate waterfront retail, tourist accommodation, waterfront apartments, retirement and medical facilities, and provide for a range of service industries.

Marsden Cove is a canal housing and marina project located on the pristine shoreline of the Whangarei harbour 1.8 hours drive north from NZ’s largest city Auckland. Elan Properties Ltd is a Hopper joint venture company undertaking residential land subdivision on the Hibiscus Coast and Auckland’s north shore. There are a number of projects at various stages of development.
Cranston Homes is a Hopper joint venture company providing a design and build service from Whangarei to South Auckland, including the Coromandel Peninsula.
